Spa Etiquette and Other Information

Early Arrival - Arriving early for your spa experience will allow time to unwind with a hot pool or a steam. Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment.

The Spa Environment - The serenity and quietness of the spa environment is important to all our guests. Please refrain from bringing cell phones or PDA into the spa.

Cancellation Policy - Cancelled appointments require 24 hour notice to avoid charges. 50% penalty on cancellations, modifications and no-shows apply if made within the 24hrs prior to an appointment.

Spa Attire - Robes, towels and sandals will be provided upon arrival at the spa. Guests will be draped appropriately according to treatment. Swimwear must be worn in order to use the hot pool or steam room.

The Red Earth Spa is located in the Banff Caribou Lodge at 521 Banff Avenue. The spa's typical hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (hours may vary slightly according to the season) Spa treatments available daily
