Staff Residence

Staff Residence ranges in price from $8 - $18 per day depending on the type of accommodation and is subject to availability. To be eligible to live in our subsidized staff residence, an employee must be at least 18 yrs of age, work a minimum of 30 hrs per week for the company and must provide a criminal record check. All locations are within easy walking distance to work and all town amenities. A security deposit will be collected to ensure the proper upkeep of the property; this money is fully refundable providing the residence is left clean and undamaged.

Anniversary Bonus

Full-time employees will receive $500 on his/her first anniversary date. (President, Directors and General Mangers are excluded from this program). Each year $100 is added to reach $1000 (year 6+).

Caribou Kids Ski / Snowboard Rental Program

The next Olympic athlete starts here. We will subsidize rentals from the Ski shop located in the Inns of Banff to employee children (aged 12 and under as of December 31).

Canoe / Kayak Program

Enjoy the beauty of the Bow River with a canoe or Kayak. Summer 2007 and 2008 employees were able to book a free canoe/kayak pass. 2009 program TBA.

Employee Complimentary Room Program

Experience our hotels first-hand! After 3 months of employment you may stay one-night in one of our hotels for free! (Based on hotel occupancy levels). This benefit repeats after every 3 months of employment.

Employee of the Month Program

You’ve got talent and it shows! Our program provides a ‘mini shopping spree’ at local retailers.

Employee Referral Program

You’ve been with us more than 3 months and refer a friend/family member to join our team. Once he/she passes his/her 3 month probation you may receive a referral fee.

You can either purchase your own Subsidized Big 3 Pass (valid for Norquay, Sunshine Village and Lake Louise) or enjoy skiing or riding for free by using our corporate passes.
